A PROPER PUB!!! very traditional - good homecooked food very very good prices welcoming and friendly. not many pubs like this one left today! please keep it that way! :)

What a delightful pub beautifully turned out really cosy welcoming pub the best pub i have ever had a drink in we were very very impressed!!!!! well done!!! worth a drive to visit.

Brilliant! great atmosphere, friendly staff and owners, a very cute little dog. excellent food and service with some lovely fish dishes good sized portions very very nice. very nicely decorated no expense spared fantasic outside area which i look forward to enjoying this summer. It was a pleasure.

lovely villiage pub with a great country menu nice out door area over looking the villiage or a play area at the back. very welcoming and warm. will be going back.

VERY VERY nice, brilliant garden completely secure so our toddler was able to roam around and play. lovely food friendly service will definatly be going again.

I have visited the cock twice now within 2 weeks, i went with my friend and then again with my husband, My first trip was very nice and we throughly enjoyed ourselves food was nice alittle fancy maybe for a pub. The second time we were very disapointed with our main courses, my husband had duck breast he was asked if he wanted it medium he said yes and it came out cooked right thru but that was once you had got thru the fat to the tiny little piece of meat at the end!!! both our plates where stacked with leafy salad and we had to pay extra for potatoes on top of a very expensive main course the duck was a tiny little piece with a leaf salad and a few pomegranite seeds my 2 year old eats more in a meal, I am sorry and I like the idea of the whole 'Graduate' thing, but unfortunatly we wont be going back. I wish them all the very best and do hope it improves over time thru receiving feedback.

this is family pub/eatery altough they don't have baby changing facilities which was very akward, but the food was ok - where abit funny when i was breast feeding discretely at the table!!! and they got some of the dishes wrong!!! whoops!
