| It's amusing to read reviews that mirror my own experiences over the years. I finally got around to writing a letter of complaint a few months back but was sent a polite non-commital reply. The beer is good but the staff, service and food is what you'd expect from a place with a 'chain' mentality (high turnover of badly paid & trained staff). | Have been to this restaurant several times when it was a Beefeater and the food was not up to Scratch it was your basic frozen meal that had been put in a microwave. The good thing that kept me coming back was how friendly the staff were there was never a dull moment. The food now is excellent and the decor inside is really something but I agree with comments already made about the staff maybe they could take some tips from the old Beefeater Staff!!!
