| New Management has made a real difference. Twaites as standard - alright but a bit boring. Occasional guest beers which need to be encouraged - Tim Taylor made a visit a few weeks ago and was warmly received. Good pub atmosphere in the left bar but too smokey. Lounge bar on right non smoking but usually empty. Altogether a good pub - now in the top three in Alty. I like the place. Committee - 27 Apr 2006 15:23 |
| well well well what a lovely pub bout time they had a decent pub round eer, staff are great to talk to(fit birds etc) and the landlord is a superb addition to this old pub lovely atmosphere and the food is not to bad could be more child friendly expertboozer - 25 Feb 2006 17:35 |
