The Bath Arms, Crockerton

Here we are down from west London two years later returning to the Bath Arms for a birthday lunch with firnds in Warminster. Same excellent food and service
and nice to see the restaurant full at 12:30 pm on a Tuesday lunchtime. This speaks volumes. Still highly recommended.

The Royal Oak, Pirbright

Can't believe I am the only person to post a comment about the Royal Hart Pirbright. Went there yesterday for a birthday lunch with my family. Lovely tabel for 6 in an alcove. Very friendly and helpul staff who served our food quickly and efficiently. Plenty of customers inside and out in the garden.
2real ales on - IPA and Ruddles. Higjhly recommend if you want food and drink.

The Royal Oak, Pirbright

Enjoyed Sunday lunch with my family. The place was full, the beer was good - TEA and Greene King IPA - and the food was most enjoyable. Best of all my
sons paid!!! Will definately come back.

The Royal Oak, Pirbright

My son has just bought a house near the Royal Oak and after a day working on
the house we popped in for a pint on our way home. Lovely warm and cosy feel inside and on a Friday evening at 6pm there were many visiting for an ealy dinner. But we found a table for a drink and I had an excellent
pint of IPA . Nice welcome from the man behind the bar too. Looking forward
to a pint or two in the Royal Oak on Christmas Day and to eating there in the future.

The Coach and Horses, Kew

My wife and I popped in for a drink before dinner at the Kew Grill next door. First time at the Coach and Horses for over 40 years and nothing much had changed inside!!! They got my wife's drink order wrong and both ales I wanted were unavailable for 20 minutes.
Not impressed.

Exactly two years after visiting this pub I returned for lunch with friends. Same excellent service and
same excellent food. Gorgeous waitresses too. Will return for sure.

The Viaduct, Hanwell

My son took me to the Viaduct today and I was pleasantly surprised. A very friendly welcome, good cheap food served quickly and a lovely pint of Pride.
Highly recommended

Lunchtime today - good, fast service with a smile,
good food too. Six real ales and a lovely lady to lunch with - what more could you ask for!!! A great pub.

The Bull and Butcher, Turville

Took some friends to see the TV sights in the village on a sunny Friday lunchtime in September followed by lunch here. Pleasant service, food OK and real ale nice. By then time we left the place was packed.

The Kings Fairway, Ashford

My wife and I returned here for lunch which was served quickly and politely by one of the girls behind the bar. Noce pint of Youngs too. Real Ale festival commences on 12th October for six weeks.
Will be back for sure.

The Old Red Lion, Staines

A nice sunny October day so my wife and I took a walk from Ashford, across Shortwood Common for lunch here
midweek. A lovely welcome from the landlady on our arrival - and we hadn't been here in 20 years!!!. Food served outside very quickly with a couple of pints of Pride. Excellent. Will return next summer
...or maybe before.......

The Bath Arms, Crockerton

Took some friends to dinner on a hot night last week.
Service and food were excellent. First two courses eaten inside and then desert and coffee taken out in the beer garden. Terrific food and a good selection of real ale. Highly recommended.

The Sun, Richmond

The Chiswick bitter was cloudy and sour when I visited last Thursday. Staff disinterested - more concerned setting the place up for some football match later that day. I won't go back.

The Porterhouse, Covent Garden

No doubt that the beer here is wonderful. A pint of Oyster stout is almost as nice as the steak and kidney pudding they serve in Rules opposite!! But the place seemed grubby and the toilets were smelly.

Horse and Jockey, Tylers Green

After a walk up from Loudwater through the golf course what could be better than a pint of Adnams
and a toasted stilton and bacon sandwich!!!! This pub never disappoints and the landlord and bar staff are very friendly.

The Brewery Tap, Brentford

Live music on Tuesday evenings is a delight as is the beer they serve. Friendly and full of characters. Easy parking to.

The Kings Fairway, Ashford

My wife and I visited the Kings Fairway last week after an absence of two years ( because we didn't like the indifferent service). What a pleasant transformation!!! The new decor is excellent and the bar staff friendly and helpful. We had a steak and chip lunch which was most enjoyable and the Youngs bitter was a delight. One minor complaint was the
noisy extractor fan in the no smoking area nevertheless we will go back soon.
