The Alma, Crystal Palace

went there last week while on a mini pub crawl it was a sunday afternoon(3pm) we were the only customers there. makes me think this place is on the down or has already hit rock bottom not a bad place just NOT good

The Goose, Romford

what a great place if you want value for money and a mixed range of clientele, sort of place you could take your parents on a saturday night and spend less than a tenner per round. we sat between a group 50year olds and a group of students and both seemed to have a great night

24 Apr 2006 00:27

The Swan, Brentwood

a good traditonal pub with a nice paved back garden and live music at weekends (duo's normaly).
Clientele was a bit old for me (40's/50'S)and not being into real ale's the place was not really for me, but saying that i had one of the pints of carling ever and a very pleasent experience. worth a try!

24 Apr 2006 00:11

The Teriss Bar, Brentwood

best bar in brentwood? could be!!! being a part time regular it has freindly barstaff, doorstaff and try the veltins on draught its grrrrrrrrrreeeeaaaattttt given it 8/10 because sometimes during the week the barstaff get to put their music on and 50cent followed by its raining men just doesn't do it for me.

23 Apr 2006 23:58
