| I really cant understand the meaning of these posts, I have drank in the King Harold for the past 25 years, well apart from the past three when I noticed the pub really go down hill. The last poster seems to have the harold wood intelligence I see and seems to think that everyone is having a joke, they arent, I can assure you. The place now is a joke with the Druggies back in there, the W**Kers snorting their lines, looking around with paranoid eyes. Since the old long standing guvnor left the shit has returned, ok fair enough the old family were a strange lot, very strange, but he did keep the crap out of the pub. Its a village at the end of the day, and what does villages attract - idiots. Go back ten years ago and it was a good pub, but then the little boys have grown up- got banned from any decent pub and congregate here. Just avoid at all costs - "boys and girls", that sums it all up. These little boys and girls must have been watching adult violence films, they actually ventured out of their comfort zone and the harold and were last seen, fighting in southend, thought that had gone out in the sixties, standing on the corner shouting out "romford, romford, king harold", so sad, so very very sad. annonymous123 - 20 May 2008 13:49 |
