| I cannot believe that nobody has reviewed The Ship! It's only been there for about 400 years. I use to go there during my misspent youth, drinking and smoking dope in the back bar. I went back there recently and it has changed. The back bar is used for dining. The oak beams are still there but the carpet has been replaced with wooden flooring. There is a nice selection of beers, such as Adnams, which are well kept. I should imagine that the food is well cooked and good value. HornchurchJohn - 30 Apr 2010 09:52 |
