| This pub under the right management has real potential, particularly with the decent sized garden hence child friendly and ample parking. As it is, like many other reviewers, I found the service interminably slow and the lack of punters means no atmosphere. What struck me most was the fact that despite the pub being almost empty, the tables were covered in glasses, bottles and general debris. The cycnic in me wonders whether the pub is being left to go to pot in the eventual hope of redeveloping this extensive plot for flats and house. | Food is mega cheap, place is always empty, but is VERY kids friendly pub with a decent enough playground in the beer garden and a wacky funhouse. YOu get what you pay for - not best for a night out but good enough to take your kids to if you fancy a pint. Flawed - 27 Aug 2008 19:30 |

| Made the mistake of calling in for food - twice in the last few months; didn't get fed either time. Last week, Tuesday, the delay - we were told by the solitary barman - was 35 mins.
