| This place has been the kiss of death finiancially with massive overheads for evey tennant who has been here since Buff and Sharon. Many have tried(Steve P, Nicky W, Mr& Mrs T and Mr Nick B may he RIP)but nobody has managed to make it. The local people do not support the pub and the ones who do think that they can do what they like which keeps the nice people away... | The pub where I bought my FIRST ever alcoholic drink in 1966, as a 15 year old boarding schoolboy, a pint of Friary Meux Mild. I got caught out as the pub was also used by staff and I was split on by pub users and got a good caning, it was allowed then. supale - 17 Dec 2005 17:51 |
