Great Eveards pub with loads of choices for beer and lager nicely renovated few years ago draws a decent class of drinker as its in an area where lots of professionals work mainly lawers

The Pub, Leicester

Must be the cheapest pub in Leicester for decent beer (excluding witherspoons which is cheap and avoidable) long bar with 10+ real ales and lots of cider too decent crowd mix of 30-40 somethings and studenty types draws a rugby crowd when Tiger are at home
Bit of the beaten track and perhaps thats why its so good also do some decent food

Fan Club, Leicester

used to be a bit rough but still fun since the extension its got 3 different rooms still seem to have the sticky carpet but a good night with the crowd being friendly no trouble/fighting kids etc

The Orange Tree, Leicester

My favourite pub in town well run slightly quirky staff and mixed bag of customer never any trouble no chavs in here great beer especially the London Pride eat her most Fridays and have eaten the odd lunchtime here too

Decent size courtyard garden too if you smoke which I dont
