Atlas Lounge, Brighton

Well, I have to disagree with Crizqo's comment below - I am not a 17 pikey and I did enjoy my short time there - ordered a Bellini and it was divine. Good luck to Crizqo with his 17 year old Pikey girlfriend!!!

The Chequer Inn, Steyning

Hmmm, not the best pub in Steyning as some redecoration wouldn't go amiss!!! A bit dark & dingy personally ...

The White Horse, Steyning

I live locally and have to admit that last night was the first time I went into the new White Horse. Wasn't too sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised - kind of felt like Sex & The City had come to Steyning! Asked for a Cosmopolitan cocktail which tasted delicious - they also sell Tuaca in there which was a complete surprise to me! Good decor but maybe a bit too much for Steyning?

Amazing pub, great atmosphere, brilliant staff, Tuaca on the shelf if required and good selection of food too ... will continue visiting the pub in the day and night for all occasions!!

The Lord Nelson, Brighton

This pub is fantastic - delightful Conservatory in the back which you can hire out free of charge for any events that you may have, good access to Brighton station. Does get busy after work on a Friday especially as offices just over the road do go in there - so if you want a table then get there early! Food at lunchtime is a variety - specials on the board by the bar! Worth a visit all the time!

Grand Central, Brighton

Went in just before Christmas and it was heaving - extremely smoky in there and a few fights do happen (depending on what beer is drunk!!!)

Good location though as very close to the station so shouldn't be any problems getting the train home again!

The Caxton Arms, Brighton

Good pub and just around the corner from work! They do, of course, sell Tuaca which is so needed after a few drinks have settled in!!!

Great staff too and make you feel welcome
