| I've been going to this bar since since it opened and it just improves. A great place for people who want to enjoy a civilized outing, daytime or evening. | Great atmosphere, friendly relaxed and sophisticated, and it seems to attract a lot of regulars. It is waitress serivice even to buy drinks which is a nice change from the usual scrabble at the bar in many other pubs. Also because it is sitting room only it does not get too crowded on a saturday night and it attracts a slightly older crowd who may want like me to escape from gangs of lads and laddettes getting loud and hammered . | Sometimes up and down this place. But when it gets it right, the food alone puts it among brightons elite. Good: sunday roast (lamb is to die for), Pizza, Table service Not so good: a bit slow when busy, confusing amount of blackboards. | Excellant place. The pizza we had were one of the best we had for ages. Even our very fussy daughter liked the food. Location excellant. Right in Norfolk Square. Good atmoshere - very relaxed. Definitly go back again soon pekin123 - 1 Nov 2007 14:26 |
