The Good Intent, West Farleigh

Sad to see beerbhuda's bad review as I've always found this little pub to be very friendly with great kept beers and great chat from the bar staff. I've been going there for well on 23 years now and have seen three sets of landlords, all of whom I have got on well with so lets hope Beerbhuda comes back soon and has a good experience.

The White House, West Farleigh

A little gem of a pub, a bit like slipping back into yesteryear. Sadly the landlord, Arthur recently passed away but his stalwart widow, Jan carries on in the grand old tradition of friendly service they've been known for over the years. Definitely worth a visit.

The Tickled Trout, West Farleigh

This was once a great traditional pub but now sadly, is mainly a restaurant and not a great one. The last time I had a meal there the skate smelt of ammonia and I was charged 1.25 for a glass of tap water, even though I had bought two meals and two alchoholic drinks. Definitely one to check off my list.

A comfortable little village local that supplies well kept Harveys Sussex Bitter and a range of lagers. The landlord is a jovial chap who is popular with the regulars and enjoys a good crack. Food is available at times but not regularly. Although a plentiful Sunday lunch is always available. A bar billiards table is always popular with customers. In general a little gem in a beautiful part of Kent with stupendous views.
