This place has gone down hill! Visited twice recently the first time they had run out of nearly everything on the menu and then the food came out cold. The second time they ran out of Carling & Fosters!! They are due to be taken over so hopefully there will be an improvement!!

Nice trendy and cosy bar! Shame we didn't find more like this around the area.

Pretty average boozer! Popped in late afternoon which was quiet but no real complaints.

Left the Met to go to this pub for food at lunchtime. Had no complaints the food was nice, and the place had a nice relaxing atmosphere :-)

Metropolitan Bar, Baker Street
I have only been in this pub a few times but don't really like the feel of it. The high ceilings and decor make it feel more like a town hall rather than a pub! It's certainly not cosy or remotely inviting. Bar staff pretty rude too.

Ventured into this place Friday afternoon. Great art deco feel rather funky! Interesting range of drinks tried some random scrumpy that was on tap it went down like a treat :-)

Popped in this pub Friday lunch time, relaxed atmosphere and an all round decent place!

Don't think a lot of this place. Supposed to have been done up! Only been here once so god knows what it was like before. A bit chavy sorry.

Always dead and over priced! Nice toilets but have to trek for 2 miles to get there!

Small pub but very interesting. It's about 100 years old!! Worth a trip but no modern drinks.

Was chuffed with happy hour Friday 5-8ish �1.50 a drink! Including Magners! Also enjoyed the food but watch out for dodgy food promotions, what a con!

The Moon in the Square, Bournemouth
Not a bad Spoons. Was relieved to start racking in the cheapies as Bournemouth seems expensive! Only problem food took ages to arrive!!

Lord Nelson is a great place. Friendly staff / owners. Good food can recommend it as a B&B.

Pretty good overall. Bouncers a bit choosy! Loved the Oasis tribute band back in July, they rocked.

One of my favourite places in Newquay although on a Sat night 'rammed' isn't the word! Text message screens very amusing...also gay dance floor!?

The Five Bells, Wootton Bassett
Lovely little pub with a great outside area. Menu looks fab with different themed nights. They do a great Pimms too. Thankfully didn't meet Dolly!!

Walkabout is ok for a stop-gap or for live music on a Thursday. It's quite pricey and they charge to get in around 9:00! The ques to get in at the end of the night are ridiculous. You'll be stood on glass all night. Seems to be a good place for singletons! And on the plus side they serve Snake Bite :-)

This is a nice trendy bar, far more classy than anything you might find down town. Be prepared though it's pricey & posey!!

Love this pub!! Always packed...just something about it. Squashed frog shots a bit pricey at �2.50 tho!!

Overall good pub, more up-market than the others near by!! Drinks can be expensive and sometimes it takes a while to get served but great manager :-)

Good large pub but usually quiet. Sports bar downstairs is good for fottie. Have been told the food is good since recent change of menu. Would make a killing in town!

Great refurb, this is a really nice pub. On the downside the drinks are VERY expensive.

First impressions of this pub were good, lasting impressions certainly weren't!! Went there for 'Curry Club' after waiting 1 hour for food was told our meal had been given to the wrong table by mistake and they were then sold out!! Very slapdash. Went for a Chinese.

Just stayed at the local campsite. Enjoyed this pub, it's like turning the clock back! Great location and friendly staff. Even had a game of connect four with the locals!! Watch out for the clock behind the bar...very confusing after a few too many!!

Nothing special about this pub, have to say this isn't one of the better spoons! A bit dismal.
