The Castle, Walthamstow

Was ashamed of this place when a mate was visiting ans had misfortune to take him in there. No fun, no friends, no service, no smiles, no atmosphere, no nothing !!!

The Flower Pot, Walthamstow

Friendly, great music lively full of real characters, child friendly beer garden !! Everything a pub should be, unlike the Nags Head a few hundered yars up the road.

The Castle, Walthamstow

Took a mate in there one Sunday eve, barmaid surly and clueless. Full of dull couples and cosy cliques, pure rubbish. Just as bad as the Nags Head !!

Owl, High Beech

Only to really agree with the comment above really, food pricey. It is a safe and nice place to visit with younger children though, safe play area, pet otter, owl etc Great view, al fresco beer great garden. Might be a bit grim in the winter months.Very pleasant pub.

The Two Trees, Plymouth

Busy pub with late licence. However, this pub and its staff infuriated me when having ordered one drink they charged me for two, gave me two drinks but refused to accept the barman had misheard. This was even before it was rang through the till, after politely drawing this to the duty manager was really brushed off with an indifferent attitude and a "whatever, so what shrug" ..So much for the customer is always right, not in here. Would never go in ever again, simply because of their inability to deal with a small misunderstanding and not accept they were wrong, POOR !
