Is an ok pub. Very very cheap drinks. Is pretty big place with 3 pool tables and a garden. The food is nice and cheap. Is great place to get a pint and grub prior to going to the Portsmouth Guildhall, as its directly next door!

Is a good enough student place, but i'm afraid it'll have zero appeal to anyone over 21!!
Students will love the place for sure though.check it out if you at Uni in Portsmouth.

Nice enough place, with good beer and atmos. One of the nicest pubs in Fratton. My only critism is they've put a pool table in(I like pool tables, don't get me wrong). It just leaves the place with very few tables, so you need to get there very early.
Apart from that little complaint, it's a good pub and well worth a visit!

Nice place. quite big place. Very friendly staff and good atmos to the place. Pretty normal selection of beers. One of the nicer pubs in Fratton.

The Hole in The Wall, Southsea
Brilliant place. Top beer and great atmos!You need to get there early to get a table though.Apart from that it's one of the best 'locals' in Portsmouth.
And try the Alcholic Ginger Beer! Is lovely, and has a nice little kick to it!

The Three Guineas, Reading
Pretty nice place. I'm from Portsmouth and I've popped in there when i've gone to The Reading Festival. Is a good place to pop in and have a few drinks.
