| Unfortunately I missed all of the Irish cheer mentioned in previous posts and found myself in a sterile pub surrounded by objectionable old farts and being begrudgingly served by a disinterested barmaid. The usual selection of draught that you find in an Irish bar was being served up and I spotted a dartboard at the back of the pub and I heard a pool table around the corner. | Returned to this pub after a ten year Hiatus. I went in with a girl, as it turned out there were no other girls in the bar. A comment was passed as we ordered a drink "Look at the two cunts that just walked in". This pub is a fucking waste of space, full of last chance saloon males staring at their soccer on the flatscreen, with their equally miserable compadres. Loud, uncouth, unpleasant dump. If you want to see hickville London style then please visit here where it smells of arse as soon as you walk in with a decidedly unpleasant atmosphere. | I went here for St Patricks day with the missus. By the end of the evening I had run out of cash and I was about to leave when some guy came over to our table and gave us a free bottle of Magners saying ‘Happy St Patricks day!’.
