An Adnams pub serving good Adnams beers and the occasional guest beers. Australian bottled beers aplenty which could be down to the Aussie landladies! Great menu with lots of homemade choices. Very friendly, warm welcome. Quiet private garden.

Used to work in the petrol station opposite here many years ago. It can be lonely up there on a saturday night so I often used to ask regular customers to pop over the road and bring me a pint. The landlady didn't mind as long as I brought the glasses back. When I did take the glasses back it was always worth sticking around in this friendly local. The beer was well kept (I think it was the Adnams range).
