Amazed that this place still exists with the fire house and oddfellows that are real ale havens so close. Think it must be run as an "add on" to the family home than a business.4/10

Never been in here, and the collection of inbred-looking aggressive drunks milling outside at all hours of the day mean I am never likely to.

Used to live opposite this place and only went in a handful of times. Plenty of good cider, but this has to balanced with the number of middle-aged women lying vomiting in the road outside it.

Been in once on a saturday afternoon to see what it was like.
Five people in there apart from me, none of whom said a single word the whole time i was there. By the time i left, three of them were asleep in their seats, probably due to the effort of glaring at me angrily for the ten minutes it took me to drink a so-so pint of guinness.
You'll probably want to avoid this one, unless all you want to do is drink strong cider all day and communicate solely by pointing and glaring.

There was a very drunk man when I visited so cider comments may be valid. No real Ale. LOud and rude at night I would guess
