| Thjis is one friendly pub! Alan the Landlord is really great and a real supporter of LIVE music. Try attending the Jam evening on wednesday evening 9pm. | Listen up! This pub HAS NOT closed despite recent local press stories! Anyone who used to visit on a Friday night for the EXCELLENT live music can carry on doing so.......all the usual activities are continuing as well - karaoke, jam night, poker club etc. Brilliant 7 piece soul band 'Power of Soul' due to play on Friday, 28th November 2008, from 9.30pm. £5 entry includes FREE first drink & raffle entry.
