| May it stay on the same course as doing ok. Known this pub for years as sister used to live in old Hanwell. It has an enviable postion near the canal. Is a nice looking exterior with a worn but nothing at all wrong with it interior. New outdoor smoking monstrosity but got to go with the flow I suppose. Children like the few toys they have in the garden hope they keep that up and replace when knackered. Drinks fine. | Been here a couple of times. Nice character to the place - family pub. Great selection of beers too. Never tried the food though. Would come back more often however it's at the wrong end of a long street. Overall a hidden gem. tom1968 - 14 Mar 2009 07:28 |
