| once again, i'll repeat that this is a nice pub, howvever i would like to complain about the ridiculous pricing of certain drinks. for example, the price of a pint of coke is £2.70, sounds alot to me. could buy 4-5 cans of coke 4 that amount of money!!!! mikeallen - 4 Mar 2008 15:53 |

| A much improved and welcoming pub. Very good food (I can personally recommend their Christmas Fayre)and ale kept in good condition. Limited wine list, but I am sure that will improve. iroden - 10 Dec 2007 13:31 |
| Further to comments from 'swordsman5' he fails to state that he was asked to leave the Halfway House due to intoxication and having been removed, caused Criminal Damage to a window and was subsequently taken into custody by the Police. To customers such as this, I make no appology for appearing unwelcoming or surly, as I run a straight pub, free from criminal activity. My customers enjoy a warm welcome.
