| The Lounge is an upmarket pub, nicely furnished, with a grand piano and very nice chandeliers. It gets very busy on Friday & Saturday nights, when it has an extended licence allowing it to remain open until 12am. Mostly aimed at people in their twenties & thirties, this is an enjoyable boozer to go people watching, or to try and chat up one of the many 'posh chavs' who attend. The main problem is the beer selection: Coors (awful!) and Fosters (you've got to be kidding for an 'upmarket' pub!); whilst the bottled beers are ridiculously expensive, so don't even bother.
