A lovely pub, good service, nice Guinness and away from all the trendy people who are all in The Sun.

Live just round the corner and the Bobbin is a great boozer for a quiet evening pint with friends. Totally agree about it being a proper pub in a sea of identikit establishments.

Sunday lunch normally pretty good, hearty helpings of roast meat but the last time I was there the beef was very fatty. Perhaps reduce the portion size and increase quality?

But overall, a great little pub.

The complete opposite of Traders, which is around the corner.
Great food, good selection of 'real ales' and friendly staff who know what their doing!

Visited over the weekend again and my feelings have not changed about this little gem, nicely tucked away just far enough from the droves of pretentious tacky places that exist around the common belt. well worth the search to find.
