Apparently the pub was closed for a week by environmental health, not sure on full details but also not sure I want to know!

Can't beieive the state of this pub - it should be condemned!! Popped in last night for a quick pint and there were hardly any beers available, the interior was bare and looked wrecked and the customers looked like they were all down and out alcoholics.

This pub use to be OK - absolutley staggered that it has gone down the tubes so quicky!!!!

I went past to-day and it appeared open. I suppose they will be trying to snare unsuspecting punters as the Deby is run a week Saturday!

My god what happend to this place?

Went there a few weeks back, first time i'd been in there for a couple of years. Used to quite like it in there, was always friendly and lively. VERY different now - quite an uncomfortable edgy atmosphere.

Handed over cash for a couple of drinks, then noticed an empty space where the till used to be. The barmaid sighed "just get yer change".

She then disappeared for about 10 minutes, while some of the regulars stopped bellowing and screeching at each other for a few seconds to reach over the counter and help themselves.
The beer tasted utterly foul.

Been in plenty of far nicer squatted venues with a decent bar.
