The Kellaway Arms, Horfield

Always felt this pub lacked something (atmosphere?) in the past but new incarnation is a vast improvement. Really impressive range of well kept beers and food looked good and was going down well when I was in. Accidentally arrived during Happy Hour (5-7) which meant all ales and ciders were �2.50. :-)

Very firendly and helpful staff. Well worth a visit.

The Barley Mow, Bristol

Went in for the first time this afternoon. Very impressed. Friendly, tidy pub with well kept BBF beer and good food (by the look of it). Best pub in the area by a long way. Mr partner liked it too - appreciated the Stowford Press. I agree that it would be nice to have a guest beer on tho.

Berkeley Arms, Tewkesbury

Popped in for a couple of pints at lunchtime a few weeks ago. Nice little two roomed local with basic food and wide range of Wadworths beers. Friendly local on main street.
