Vesbar, Shepherds Bush

not bad but not good either. nicely arranged inside, trendy seating plan but staff lack good service. fair enough, as long as they can get the drinks you order that's all you should ask for, so when they can manage that I'll post another review.

Ginglik, Shepherds Bush

members only club. you can join on the door though so irrelevant really. weird set-up with a stage in one room, a sofa (and nothing more) in another, and finally the bar in the third room. very interesting though and the other drinkers seem to be civilised but not stuck-up which is a bonus!

The Southwark Tavern, London Bridge

good pub, nice arrangement downstairs with hideaway seats for private conversations/groups. idea lfor a quiet-ish drink. only down side is it was quite understaffed when i went here so slow service.

The Slug and Lettuce, Borough

recent refurb so looking good at mo. went there at lunchtime and great to sit outside, prompt service. also went one evening, good atmosphere and table service if required. all in all, a good pub.

The George, London Bridge

good in the summer as spacious outside. bit cramped inside so not sure what winter will bring here. a seasonal pub i would imagine.

The Bush Bar and Grill, Shepherds Bush

Poncy.Only go here if you think you're rich and like flapping around with your life savings in your wallet!I've been to this bar 3 or 4 times and every single time I've been there it's been quite empty apart from a group or two of 40-something men with beers sitting in the corner oggling anything that resembles a young female.Great atmosphere!

O'Neills, Shepherds Bush

This pub has it all-busy with the right crowds for the right reasons. When football's on the tv there's a great atmosphere, if there's a gig on at Empire it's packed with music lovers. The rest of the time it's busy with people who want a decent night out without the hassle of groups of teens. The live music here is very good as the bands always seem to be of a decent standard.I've seen plenty of big group outings here to so I guess it's got something for everyone.

The Chameleon Bar, Woking

Usual club for a small town. Packed on the busy nights, empty during the week. Yes it often gets crowded with teens who can't handle their drinks but that happens in many bars and clubs.Haven't noticed large queues outside for a while so that's a bonus...

O'Neills, Woking

Like a lot of people have stated, used to have a great atmosphere here but it seems to have slowly gone stale. Fine if you want a quiet drink during the week but not if you want a good time at weekends.
