| Lovely atmosphere , good beer, nice staff and management always an enjoyable visit. It is nicely decorated and the locals are welcoming as well as the staff. It is nice to be able to bring my dog with me when i am out for a walk and dont have to worry about bringing him home before popping in for a quick pint. It has a big nice car park which is easy to access Also a nice beer garden as well as nice seating out the front to sit outside. The food is very good and always a good service . | It was a restaurant - and an unusually good one. Previous management have just decamped for Cornwall. Shame. Hope the new management are up to the previous standards. The transformation of the nearby Millstream (also an excellent pub restaurant)into a horsey theme pub with a very basic menu has really limited good food choices in the area.
