| This pub is once again the pub queenbee remembered, no chavs and a good mix of regulars. The staff are friendly and the pub is clean and tidy (its even had a new coat of paint outside in the last few weeks) Not the cheapest pub around but that at least keeps some of the less desirables out. It is not a restraunt and does not serve meals, but when snacks placed on the bar they are great. Give it a go if you are looking for a traditional boozer. Dr.Death - 19 May 2013 05:23 |
| recently had a 7/10 rating from the sunderland echo guide so we popped along it was years since we had last been there the previous land lord of about 5-6 years had moved on to sunnier climes and now its under new management what has went from a local community pub with the local fellas and workers in has turned into a chavs night out this one is not for the middle age to elder generation any more sorry to see a good pub go down number1queenbee - 2 Dec 2006 15:43 |
