recently had a 7/10 rating from the sunderland echo guide so we popped along it was years since we had last been there the previous land lord of about 5-6 years had moved on to sunnier climes and now its under new management what has went from a local community pub with the local fellas and workers in has turned into a chavs night out this one is not for the middle age to elder generation any more sorry to see a good pub go down
