A rarity for a Wetherspoons - an actual pub within a pub! Far better than their standard warehouse drinking fare.

Service was OK when we were there on a Saturday lunchtime, beer and food were fine as well. Seems to me that Wetherspoons are providing what people want - although people don't like another supermarket being opened in their area, once opened the locals generally patronise supermarkets in preference to the local shops

Mega pub hosting this ubiquitous local-destroying chain as much the same as any of the others- the vastness of this establishment keeps the profits up but the atmosphere at zero- along with pushchairs and toddlers using crayons to sketch pretty pictures, this is more like drinking in a primary school than a pub....weak and wacky ales were on when we visited and more and more are the beers brewed 'especially for wetherspoons' - mind you , that said, this probably saves the lacklustre Petersfield from a death foretold...

Staff need to be trained / retrained / dismissed !
Rude, sloppy and slow !

Beers - ok, if you are left to finish the pint, before the glass is taken.........lacks imagination.

Food mediocre, nothing new, and just ding food.

Nice building for a spoons but as usual the staff seem to be very one paced.
