| Small but nicely formed traditional pub in the West End of Glasgow. Two real ales on. One was very cloudy - meant to be like that was how my question was responded to. 2nd one was in good condition but too hoppy for my liking. Nice collection of whiskies. Pleasant experience. | Being fairly convenient to the SECC, we stopped in late last year before the triumphant gig from the Who. A bit on the crowded side esp. with punters getting lubed up before the show but pleasant with friend staff. Although more of a whisky bar, I had an excellent pint of McEwan's Red. Actually several pints of McEwan's red, thanks to friends and friends of friends. Glasgow's a great, welcoming city and this is an excellent pub well worth a visit. aerodrome - 23 Mar 2015 23:27 |

| I nice pub: lively but so noisy, that the youngish crowd completely drowned out the acoustic musicians trying to play traditional folk music. It's not the same as shouting over the nowadays endemic recorded music, guys. eddybeer - 12 May 2013 00:18 |
