| As post below, where are all the staff? More people doing security on the door than behind the bar on a friday night and this in a place that hard sells cocktails which take time to make. This place needs some management. fetchman - 14 Aug 2011 17:35 |
| Now All Bar One and still the same old embarrassing case of style over substance, filthy tables and terrible service. Asked for a Vodka Martini only to be told 'we don't do them.' - this despite serving vodka, and, yes, you guessed it, Martini, separately. On another occasion (Mother's Day), I was left sitting without any food while my mother enjoyed her brunch- on querying the service, I was finally told that what I had ordered (a simple breakfast muffin) was unavailable. Upon asking for a refund I was short-changed by about �1- by the manageress herself. Awful, awful, and not the place to bring visitors to Portsmouth. Mrs_G - 7 Aug 2011 11:45 |

| loosing its appeal ; ** GET SOME BAR STAFF *** there is never (repeat) never any staff serving - where do they all go? the most Ive evr seen is three, which is utter madness!! The food is ok, but often the tables and floor are dirty. Food ok, drink expensive. Service appalingly bad (see it to believe it) having read the staff comments, I can now understand why; Like many other bars in gunwharf its staring to feel the strain of better bars elsewhere; so give them a hint ; Dont bother, and go elsehwre until they sort it out. secretreveiwer - 10 Jan 2008 16:23 |
