All Bar One, Portsmouth

Now All Bar One and still the same old embarrassing case of style over substance, filthy tables and terrible service. Asked for a Vodka Martini only to be told 'we don't do them.' - this despite serving vodka, and, yes, you guessed it, Martini, separately. On another occasion (Mother's Day), I was left sitting without any food while my mother enjoyed her brunch- on querying the service, I was finally told that what I had ordered (a simple breakfast muffin) was unavailable. Upon asking for a refund I was short-changed by about �1- by the manageress herself. Awful, awful, and not the place to bring visitors to Portsmouth.
