| Is it a Pub? Is it a Hotel? Neither, and yet both, it's an Inn. A pretty good one too! Always had a decent meal here and the beer has been consistently good. Friendly and efficient staff and a well stocked bar. Handy for the Cinema and other town centre attractions which include "market place car park noisy youth cars" and "closing time takeaway fighting". | Good (Wadworth's) beer and well-kept (but only 100 yards from the brewery). The food is extremely good too. BUT it is going to have a "major refurbishment" at the end of February 2010 and this may change things considerably. 7/10 HenPen - 10 Feb 2010 18:19 |
