| The original TV series of Dads Army was filmed in and around Thetford. They cast and crew made this their watering hole of choice. At the end of each of the nine series , huge drinking sessions took place here. | Cosy little Greene King pub. 4 hand pumps but two unused. IPA has its own special pump and costs �2.79 a pint. I tried the Abbott @ �3.25 and very well kept it was too. bjbrummiejohn - 21 Feb 2012 08:10 |
