Is open when darts etc is on, live music continues as well, and is well attended. Thursdays and Fridays it seems.

What a shame. This used to be a great place for live music. The ales and ciders were always pretty good. I met up with an old mate the other day and were going to pop in whilst we waited for the bus. However, the boarded up window put us off - and then a bus came along so we didn't venture inside.

Freehold for sale, says the sign outside, seems to be closed most evenings.

After a fruitless search for Sunday afternoon Sky TV coverage in the area this proved a golden nugget. Ambient, relaxed atmosphere with pleasant staff and customers alike, evidently child friendly too although low ceilings make a little smoky. WC Facilities adequate if not a little tired. On the whole very pleasant.

This could be so much better - but unfortunately the Scumerford crowd get in there but the inevitable aggro. Music's good though - although I wouldn't want to live nearby!

Fantastic pub for live music. Great staff, good beer and a friendly atmosphere. With two annual Beer, Wine & Music festivals, the Salisbury is fast becoming the premier music venue in the area. Very big rear garden which is child friendly and a lovely historic function room.

This is an friendly family pub, which has a large childrens play area and regular fundays with face painting and BBQ's. I recommend this pub to anyone.
