Long derelict... A shame because a craft brewery / pub would make killing here. Kids have vandalised the Railway station as well, so this area of Saxmundham isn't visually appealingl..

Still closed and derelict. Still an improvement on the other 2 pubs I visited in Saxmundham though

looking forward to going into when i arrived at sax station being across from station but sadly seem to have been closed for a while
