am working locally for a couple of weeks so popped in. quite a revellation. a very large pub that seems to be run by one shift manager unaided by a pathetic bunch of moaning swearing bar staff .the first indicator is all the customers standing there asking to be served by CATHY i expected to see a vision of mother theresa or kylie .then into vision came the aforesaid CATH a very commanding efficient lady that has full command of her ship let down by her staff . no team as we all know can have one super star . in general a typical spoons

when you walk in your heart rises looking at the quantity of staff and then realise they need twice as many .all very pleasent Eastern european staff but all quite useless .shame

they sell Leffe .I see one guy pay �4.20 a pint for this and he still dosn't faint .more mediocre service too busy to worry about customer satisfaction
