All gone downhill since Maria left and getting very expensive.

Unremarkable. Other comments sum it up. Good meeting point for a couple of pints on the way to somewhere else. One good thing is that there is plenty of space.

Average pub like so many in the immediate area. No particular attractions within. A sense of being unclean accompanies you when you realise you've given them cash which could be better spent elsewhere for very low quality ale. Does have sport on tv though and usually easy enough to grab a table. Seems from other comments that the service is as hopeless as ever.

Routine Youngs/Wells house, fairly busy as town centre/ station pubs tend to be but nothing too special in fact rather ordinary if Youngs fans don't mind the pun. Beer ok.
