I also agree with the 'chav' comment. A while ago it was a lovely gay friendly pub full of friendly folk. Now it seems that, with the exception of the charming bar staff, seem fill to bursting point with the scum of Grays.

The Ship Inn, Grays
Wonderful family ran pub. There is a large variety of cheaply priced drinks on offer, marvelous bar staff, great food and the locals are always on hand to chat away to anyone and make you feel welcome. A+ . Will definately go there again.
