Love this pub, come from london for shoot on Bodmin but have to eat and drink lots the first evening we arrive. Great atmosphere and excellent welcome.

A pub as it should be but bar staff very miserable and have no interest in the punter!!!!!

I have seen this pub change over the years and I think Scott&Newcastle sold it onto someone else recently. The quility of the food is very poor now and general service in the last two months has taken a serious downturn. The friendly regular barstaff have left and the new landlord is very unwelcoming, however his wife is pleasant.
Hard to build up a reputation which it has done but easy to loose it which it is going to.
Dont see this modern pub being very busy for much longer!!!!

The Swan Hotel, Staines
The assistant mangagers service attitude was awful. The food was ok-good, maybe it was an off day for them but I will not be returning. What a shame because with its surroundings it could be one hell of a pub.
