The Hare and Billet, Blackheath

Disappointed since the old owners left. Feels like the soul has gone. Ale is not as good as it used to be, neither is the Guinness. Its a shame as it was in my top 5 pubs!

The Royal Oak, Borough

Good pub but disapointed with the ale. My brother was drinking cider and it wasnt good either. It is my 4th visit and the ale is always poor. I was expecting more from a 7.6 rated pub. Un-happy

The Crown, Lee

My rating has gone up to a massive 9! What a pub! Now, and only now, do I have my local back! Youngs drinks return, the beer is as God intended. Been back to this pub a few times in this past week and it hasn't disappointed. Larger, Cider and Ale are all well kept and presented. The fireplace has returned to its former glory and the new owners know how to run a pub a treat their punters. Well done and thank you.

Loving the Ale, the glasses and now the refurb. Keep up the good work! The staff are friendly and happy to have a little chat whilst pulling the pints. A wonderful improvement since the dark ol'days. Waggle on tap... genius!

Looking good since the refurb. Had Sunday lunch there at the weekend, bit disappointed as it was a microwave job. Other food is very good though. Guinness and Abbot is well kept and delivered.

Jon_Surrey - I look forward to having a pint in my local when you take over. I dont ask for much in a pub, a nice pint of ale (kept well and fresh), a clean glass and a friendly smile. Jobs a good'un.
I wish you all the best Jon. We want our pub back...

What a dump! If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in here stay clear of the pumps, all of their beer is rank. Drink bottles only. (and you will be lucky to get a clean glass).
Would be nice if the barmaid tried smiling.

Its my local and I am disgusted. The pub is rapidly going down hill. The beer is poor (Ales) and the service isnt much better. Sort it out!

A nice change. Popped in here last night for a couple of pints. My local is the Crown but have been disappointed with it of late so fancied a change. The Guinness was very good but I was disappointed with the Ale available. A down-to-earth pub, and seeing as it was our first time in there, we were made to feel very welcome. 7 out of 10. (you can even get a bed for the night!)

King's Arms, Greenwich

Had a nice few pints of Old Speckled Hen in here the other night. Very good! Always a nice atmosphere. Easy to get served by friendly staff. Beer kept well and its not as busy as it should be in the heart of Greenwich. Well worth a visit

O'Neills, Blackheath

Not bad food, (Bangers and Mash for 3.50) which always hits the spot. Not a bad pub during the day before the Oiks get in there. Ales are not bad when they are on, which isnt all the time so prepare to be disapointed. Can get Guinness Red in here which is nice for a change. Bit of a Mickey Mouse "pub" but does the job when doing a crawl of the Village.

The Hare and Billet, Blackheath

Great pub with no Pikeys or Chavs. Thankfully they stay in O'neils with their alco pops. Good food (can be a bit pricy), good beer (some great ales that are kept well). Well worth a visit, again and again

The Dacre Arms, Lee

Great pub! Been going here for years and never fails to impress. Great beer, great staff. Its an oasis. Nothing better than a couple of pints in here on a cold winters night.

The Spanish Galleon, Greenwich

I have been very disappointed in this pub recently. One of the only Shepherd Neame pubs in the area and should be a good favourite. Had a pint of Master Brew, rotten. Had a pint of Spitefire, rotten. The staff do not know what makes a great pint of Ale, and are not interested when you tell them. Its a shame as a good pub has been spoilt. Bring back the old Staff!
