Rocky's Bar at the New George Hotel, Scarborough
recently shut down :0(
Had some amazing nights in here - more of a nightclub than a pub. Some dodgy people seemed to visit here but we never had or saw any trouble.
Went down hill in later years - gone but not forgotton

Great pub - probably one of best selections of real ale.

Decent pub - went in at night & karaoke was on & quite good. A weird mix of clientel though everything from mini skirted young lass's to OAP's.

Was in at Easter - very busy but server reasonably quick. Typical Weathersponns - nice & cheap !!

Recently visited - excellent Karaoke as previosly mentioned - always a laugh in here !!

Recently visited - really good pint of pure brew for the lager fanatics - very nice !!!.
prices still very cheap & good atmosphere, it's only a small place which can get busy - arrive early !!

Since last post it's been done up & is a vastly improved place !!!.
Landlady very nice & pub has a really good atmosphere, with some real charactures !!.
It really has improved - try it !!

I'd ignore all the negative post's about this place as someone obviously has a grudge.
The lady in question has always been very polite towards me.

The Newcastle Packet Inn, Scarborough
Not as good as it used to be in the 90's but still the busy'est pub in S'boro & when the Karaoke's on the atmosphere is really good.
You get locals & tourists mixing with no problems hear !!!
I've never seen any damaged Furniture here neither !!!

Gets very busy when karaoke or Danny Wilde is on.
Good atmosphere - B&B is very good value here.

As said before not as busy as it used to be, but at least you can get a seat.
Big venue that could do with a refurb !!!

The Ivanhoe Hotel, Scarborough
Very good food & generous portions.
Very popular in summer with families due to outdoor play area for kids. They've even got a old double decker bus for kids to play in !!!

Not really my mnusic scene in this pub - but the atmosphere is electric & really friendly !!

Pub with plenty of character. Very friendly staff & very popular with Scottish. Beer quite cheap & very good. Pool table & lots of sports shown here.
Have stopped here & rooms + Breakfast much better than we expected.

Sam smiths pub ( Cheap !! ), very nicew view over harbour especially if you can get a window seat !!.
Does get very busy in summer as only a small pub. Prob 'nicest / classy'st ' pub on seafront

Great food, stunning views when function rooms open.
In summer season it's a good family place as they have kids disco etc...
