I really like the feel and atmosphereo f this place. It is warm with friendly staff and customers. It is place for a good afternoon drink or a group of friends as it immediately makes you feel comfortable. Although a little overpriced the food s good and the Sunday Roast and wine list here is excellent. Maybe not a Saturday night place but top marks all the same

Far too many anonymous posters here sums it up. You go to pick up and so if you enjoy it best not to put your name to it. Has got better and can be fun but need a few to enjoy it, food here is very much an afterthought.

A proper pub that still lives on. Lunchtime food is great, pub food done well proves not everything has to be Gastro. Good atmosphere but I must admit the doesn't draw me in that much in the evening but most prob more my loss than theirs. All together a top place

Well FreakyDancer has it part right it is a Gastropub in the truest form. Some hate it some like it, personally I think it is really good at what it sets out to do, food is good service is excellent. It falls down slightly in atmosphere though as it just feels a little cold

The Sun, Richmond
Best rugby pub in Richmond although can be a rugby clubhouse some days. Good place for a fun saturday night with friends but beer can be hit or miss though.
