This pub is a disgrace to leatherhead, bring a lovely quaint town into disrepute. The staff and most clientelle are lower than low. Decent people, Don;t go there

Aphrodite! Welcome back, it must be about one year since you last spent so much time slagging off this branch of Wetherspoons, then I seem to recall you went elsewhere in the town and started having a go at other pubs. I would give up using pubs if I were you, your'e clearly not enjoying the experience.
Do I know you? Am I not allowed to voice my distaste? Who are you? Have I passed you in our wee high street? another landlord? who knows

My new review. I still love this pub but it is out of my pocket. Way too expensive tho i shall still go there as it is a charming place (either that or a bottle of plonk from sainsburrys)

I take back nice review from me. Was banned for commenting on a bar staff woman putting on her eyelashes and make up over the bar, Yuck Very unhygeinic but still barred. RIP running horse, you aint working

The other new manager is crud, a fiend for barring people, never seen so gets staff to do his dirty work. He loolks out his bedroom window and listens to remarks abouit him theen, woosh yer barrerd. My friend and I were barred on saturday, didn't even get in the door, as my friend is almost sixty and I am 48 we are not excactly a menace to society. Don't think our faces fit as I am from the poshe end of Learhead and i spose chas are more welcome, So watch this space, he won't last long

Low life under age chavs abound in there. It is as bad as wetherspoons across the road. Mini mafia live in there (a blimmin joke they are too)

Managers and staf f aint rude or vulgar, I am presuming I am reading an old review> I can't see the date. new management and staffare a joy. Beers a bit dear but for peace of mind away from other pubs, that is the one for me and my friend. Thumbs up, now i must gtry to find dates of reviews on here

I am truly sick of mailing Tilneys head office. Manager turns a blind eye to dope smoking outside, by fat blokes and their fat birds having erm 'lunch' with their fat babies. I believe (and yes I DO believe) upstairs is the ahem, powder room. Think I may get em deported, this is not Columbia after all

The Penny Black I enjoy as I haven't seen trouble there unlike those other two (It may happen but not when I have visited) staff are friendly and food is good

Lovely, family run pub. Smashing food tho a wee bit expensive. Nice to get away from the dumps in the high street to relax and feel safe there
