Ales and Tails, Twickenham

Pleasant pub, have been here a number of times good selection of ales & lagers although the beer could be served a couple of degrees cooler

The Hobgoblin, Staines

Perhaps not the place to find the glitterati, however a dj and pool table will bring in a more "salt of the earth" type of fellows. Beer was ok and the decor in the Gents is a worthwhile excursion.

The Fox, Twickenham

One of my haunts on a typical Friday night pub crawl. This is one of the better pubs in Twickenham in term of ambience, beer and entertainment. However my last few visits have been tainted by poor service and not a great selection of real ales.

The General Roy, Feltham

Have not been here for a long time so i thought i call in and review, since its refit. Generally seems more space with the removal of some tables and replacement of the dartboard. Beer wise Young's Special & Bitter i had a pint of the former which tasted ok and at 2.40 a pint is good value. Now if they could get some guest ales in i could be swayed back. This is one better pubs in Feltham Clientele wise.

The Moon on the Square, Feltham

As a once/twice weekly regular of this pub, i can highly recommend the vareity of beers and the friendless of the staff. Just a pointer to Tramdolkid - you need to brush up on your Geography. Feltham has several large hotels and is close to world's busiest airport. The Adults you saw drinking may well have been tourists / shift workers in amongst its clientele.

The Montagu Pyke, Charing Cross Road

Wed 28th October lunchtime Sadly it was a dissappoinment. No Real Ales available for the festival, which has been promoted for the last month. Had 2 pints. The Marston Pedigree was served too cold. This was not a accident as on most occasions i have sampled the Ale it has been served chilled.

The Red Lion, Twickenham

Run out of Beer & Lager midway through last Friday evening, this is not the first time this has happened! i hope this was a blip otherwise i'm really fearful for this pub. Music was ok

The General Roy, Feltham

Pub regular for a number of years
Generally I agree with the other users comments about the service which is testing at the best of times!
Beer is not fit for Human consumption (IMHO) has been blighted for a number of years so play safe and stick to the Lager. Not sure about the food but can recommend Kebab shop in high street.
