Never had any problems in this pub. Staff are friendly and efficient, there is always somewhere to sit and their roast dinners are lovely and not over priced.

I really like this pub as its a chilled place to be and it's not pretentious - however could do with a paint job inside. Comedy nights are brilliant.

Looks so lovely outside, but inside its had its soul ripped out, cavernous with horrible leather sofa's! Could do better!!!

Great friendly pub. Busy when the sport is on but generally able to find a table. Not pretentious, just a cosy pub with character. Cash only-doesn't take cards.

Brilliant pub- the bar staff are very friendly and good at suggesting different beers to try.
Food is lovely- especially the roast dinners!

Agree about the awful wine, I complained it and was given an equally horrible glass of wine.
A shame it has the potential to be nice and the bar staff are friendly.

This is great pub, but apparently the refit will mean that most of it is going to be a restaurant- which doesn't seem like a good idea its not exactly renowned for its food at the mo. Much better to keep this place as a proper boozer!
