Don't really like chain bars but this one is OK. Staff good and it's quite cosy, unlike some chain bars which look like IKEA showrooms.

This bar is great!
Went there with some girlfriends straight after work on Thursday to take advantage of corporate drinks!!

Food is cheap/tasty and the cocktails are great too.

had a great nite in here last week, cosy with great staff, plenty of choise of beers on draught and in bottles, all kept well.

the manageress is polite and welcoming and made all feel welcome

well worth a swift one if you're ever visiting selfridges!

The ABO in St. John's Wood made me depressed. It was cold, miserable and the lack of atmosphere was unreal! It put me off ABOs for a long time. This one in Picton Place is nice though. It's cosy-ish, the raised area at the back is nice for larger get-togethers, the menu is great and the food is absolutely delicious.

Smaller than many ABOs and as a result less like a pine filled barn. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful
