| I had been recommended to come to this pub for a nice meal as the deals were inviting. I visited the pub for a lunch and as soon as we walked into the pub it was really dark. The menu is very nice and has lots of choice. We ordered our food and drinks from the bar but we sat and waited for our food for almost 40 minutes and as we only have an hour for lunch this was unacceptable. When the food did arrive my meal (fish pie) was cold, my friend's steak was not cooked the way she had asked and she could not eat it. | bar staff seem friendly but the new manager seems abit up himself,looks like he is always on coke sniffing and rubbing his nose. The doormanseem really friendly and helpfull.
