I had been recommended to come to this pub for a nice meal as the deals were inviting. I visited the pub for a lunch and as soon as we walked into the pub it was really dark. The menu is very nice and has lots of choice. We ordered our food and drinks from the bar but we sat and waited for our food for almost 40 minutes and as we only have an hour for lunch this was unacceptable. When the food did arrive my meal (fish pie) was cold, my friend's steak was not cooked the way she had asked and she could not eat it. The staff were not very happy, they looked like they did not want to be there.

The staff are awful, toilets disgusting and the drinks warm. If you are majorly drunk these things might not matter to you but if its the start of your night, avoid!

Erm... This place is full of young people, fights and moody doormen. Prefect if your night revolves around Brannigans as its kinda the same people... Chavs (to be honest!).

bar staff seem friendly but the new manager seems abit up himself, looks like he is always on coke sniffing and rubbing his nose. The doormanseem really friendly and helpfull. One of them is quite tall short spikey hair he is gorgoues! Best looking doorman in romford by far. Look forward to going back aslong as themanager aint there.
